Pricing questions
What counts as a check?
One submission checked by Cayve: a contact form message, a comment, a review, a registration or an API call. Checks with test keys aren’t counted, the same submission sent twice is counted once, and a form your form plugin already rejected (a required field missing) never reaches Cayve.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Protection stays on. The fast checks keep running on every message; only the deeper checks pause until your allowance resets at the start of the month. You’ll see your usage in the dashboard long before then.
Do you charge per site or per person?
No. Add as many sites and invite as many people as you like. Plans count checks, nothing else.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no time limit, and every feature. It suits a small site; move up when your forms get busier.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time, from Account → Billing in your dashboard. Payments, cards and invoices are handled on our payment provider’s secure page; Cayve never sees your card number.
Do you offer larger plans or invoiced billing?
Yes. If you protect many high-traffic sites or need to pay by invoice, email hello@cayve.co and we’ll set it up.
