Stop contact form spam without losing a lead

Cayve reads every message your contact forms receive, blocks the obvious spam, and holds anything it isn’t sure about, so a real customer is never thrown away.

A contact form should bring you customers, not chores

Contact forms attract more than customers: SEO pitches, fake invoices, link drops, and bots testing what they can post. Each one lands in the same inbox as the quote request you actually want.

Most spam filters make the call silently. When they get it wrong, a real lead disappears and nobody ever knows. Cayve does it differently: it tells you why it decided, and when it isn’t sure, it asks you instead of guessing.

How Cayve handles it

  1. A message arrives

Your form plugin sends the submission to Cayve before it emails you.

  2. Cayve decides

It reads the message and checks who sent it and how the form was filled, usually in well under a second.

  3. You get the right email

Real messages arrive as normal. Spam is kept out. Unsure messages wait for your one-click review.

What you get

No CAPTCHA, ever

Visitors never solve a puzzle. Cayve works on the server, so the form looks and feels exactly as you built it.

Held, never deleted

Anything uncertain is held for review. Release it and the notification email goes out as if nothing happened.

Reasons you can read

Every decision comes with plain-English reasons, like “The email address can’t receive email”, plus the technical detail.

Learns your site

Mark a message as real or spam and Cayve remembers that sender and that message on your site straight away.

Shadow mode first

New sites start by recording what Cayve would do without acting, so you can check its judgment for a week.

Works with your form plugin

Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Elementor, Fluent Forms, Forminator, Ninja Forms, Formidable and Divi.

Works with what’s already on your site

Each integration switches itself on when the plugin it protects is installed. There is nothing to set up per form.

Questions

Will a real customer ever be blocked?

Cayve only blocks when the evidence is strong and your rules say to. Anything it is less sure about is held, not blocked, and blocked messages are kept for 30 days so you can release them.

Does the visitor see anything different?

No. They see your normal success message whatever Cayve decides, so a spammer learns nothing.

What does Cayve look at?

The message itself (links, wording, language), the sender (email domain, mail server, network) and how the form was filled (timing, a hidden field bots fill, a signed form token). It never records what someone typed keystroke by keystroke.

What if Cayve is down?

Your forms keep working. The plugin lets the message through and re-checks it in the background once Cayve is reachable.

Try it on your own site this week.

Start in shadow mode: Cayve records what it would do and lets every message through until you switch it on.
